We require only a small amount of cremains to make your cremulet. One teaspoon is enough for up to 5 cremulets.
 We return any unused cremains to you when we ship your cremulets and you can be assured that while they are in our possession we treat them with the utmost respect and care.

 Place the cremains in a small self-seal plastic bag (zip-lock bag), available from most hardware, grocery or craft stores.

Fold the bag inside a second one for extra security.

Place this bag and your completed order form in an envelope (a padded envelope, size #0 is perfect) and mail to:
